Instructions

5. Perform Variance Analysis:
- Calculate variance (%) between Actual and Budget.

6. Generate the final Performance Analysis Report:
- Include KPIs, portfolio comparisons, activity-level profitability, and variance analysis.
- Add management commentary and recommendations.
